Who We Are

Who we are: We are Dustin and Jennifer and we purchased Albion Locker in January 2021. Albion Locker is your local beef processor and butcher shop. Dustin runs the day to day operations of the locker while Jennifer works as an Occupational Therapist. Together Dustin and Jennifer have two children, Alayna and Owen. 

Dustin grew up in Albion and graduated from Boone Central High School.  He then attended the University of North Texas and received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration.  Jennifer graduated from Grand Island Northwest then went on to Creighton University to receive her doctorate in Clinical Therapy.
